At KB's Canvas, we believe getting your art and accessories should be as enjoyable as creating them. We're committed to shipping your items swiftly, safely, and with a touch of the care and creativity that defines our brand. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship only within the United States.
Every order, whether you're in sunny California or the heart of Georgia, is handled with care to arrive at your doorstep. (We can't ship internationally just yet, but we hope to share our art worldwide in the future!)
Flat-Rate Shipping on All Orders
No complicated shipping calculations here - one flat rate covers your entire order. That means whether you buy a single scarf or a phone case (or a bundle of each), you pay the same simple shipping fee. We want to keep shipping straightforward and surprise-free, so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
We offer two types of products, each with its own shipping timeline. For each item, there's a processing time (to prepare or produce your item) and a shipping time (for delivery). (Note: "Business days" refer to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)
Phone Cases - Made to Order
Our phone cases are custom printed just for you, which takes a little extra time:
- Production Time: 2-3 business days. (Each phone case is made to order - we start printing your design shortly after you place your order.)
- Shipping Time: 4-5 business days after production. (Once your case is ready, it's handed off for delivery. It typically reaches you about a week after production.
In total, please allow about 6-8 business days from the time you order your phone case until it arrives. We promise it's worth the short wait for a freshly made case featuring your unique
Scarves - Hand-Shipped with Love
Our scarves are in-house products, which means they're in stock and ready to ship directly from Us:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days. (We personally package your scarf - often the same day you order or the next - making sure it's wrapped and ready to go.)
- Shipping Time: 2-3 business days in transit.
(Delivery speed depends on your location, but most scarves arrive just a few days after leaving our studio.)
From order to delivery, most scarf orders arrive within 3-5 business days. We do our best to send out scarves lightning-fast so you can start enjoying their color and warmth.
Separate Shipments for Mixed Orders
If your order includes both a phone case and a scarf, they may ship in separate packages (one from our print partner and one from our studio).
Don't worry - you'll still only pay one flat shipping fee for the entire order. We'll provide tracking for each package so you can follow both items' journeys to your home.
Tracking & Notifications
You'll receive an email notification as soon as each part of your order ships. This email will include a tracking number so you can watch the progress of your artful package as it travels to you. We know you're excited to receive your items, and we're just as excited to get them into your hands!
